Together with RecyPac, we have agreed on a declaration of intent with the aim of further advancing the circular economy of plastic packaging and beverage cartons in Switzerland.
As part of the new Packaging Ordinance, which is expected to come into force from mid-2026, the framework conditions for the collection of plastic packaging and beverage cartons from households will change. For this reason, InnoRecycling has decided to become a member of RecyPac.
In future, InnoWay will focus even more strongly on sorting and recycling plastic waste.
The "RecyBag" launched by RecyPac offers a follow-up solution for the existing Bring Plastic Back collection system. The agreement on the memorandum of understanding is an important step towards a closed Swiss cycle.
The details of the collaboration will be worked out together over the coming months.
