Your tasks
- Carrying out regular inspections to check the condition of the building for damage
- Maintenance and repair of buildings, facilities and technical installations, including sanitary and mechanical systems
- Ensuring the proper functioning of the building technology (heating, air conditioning)
- Ensuring cleanliness and order in and around the company premises
- Simple maintenance of green areas, lawns and the company parking lot
- Carrying out minor repairs to buildings and facilities
- Maintenance of tools and equipment
Your profile
- Completed training as a plumber and experience in caretaking / building maintenance
- Knowledge of the operation and maintenance of technical systems and equipment
- Understanding of safety regulations and procedures
- High level of independence, problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to work
- Good communication and teamwork skills and a high sense of responsibility
- Ability to work under pressure and willingness to work in emergencies and outside regular working hours if required
- Fluent written and spoken German
