Head of Maintenance and Buildings 100% (f/m/d)
Place of work: 8360 Eschlikon TG
Your tasks
- Strategic and operational management of the maintenance and building management department
- Planning, coordination and monitoring of maintenance, servicing and modernization measures
- Ensuring compliance with legal regulations, standards and occupational safety regulations
- Budget planning and responsibility for the maintenance / facility management area
- Selecting, managing and monitoring external service providers (e.g. maintenance companies, tradespeople, cleaning services)
- Energy management and optimization of the use of resources
- Documentation and reporting (e.g. maintenance plans, test reports, energy consumption data, etc.)
- Collaboration on construction projects and site developments
- Management and further development of subordinate employees
Your profile
- Completed technical EFZ with further training as a maintenance specialist, maintenance manager (HFP) or master craftsman/technician training with relevant professional experience
- Several years of professional experience in technical maintenance / facility management, ideally with management responsibility
- Knowledge of plastics processing or recycling is an advantage
- Good knowledge of relevant regulations
- Experience in using software applications such as IQ-Soft, Abacus, CAD and MS Office
- Organizational skills, assertiveness and economic thinking
- Ability to work under pressure and willingness to work in emergencies and outside regular working hours if required
- Fluent written and spoken German
